Faith Escudero didn’t just wake up one day and decide to become a life coach. She spent years studying mental health, behavior analysis, and education, in the process acquiring licensing as a counselor, school psychologist, and special-education teacher. Today these experiences translate into Faith's leading-edge approach to life coaching, which involves building awareness of the scientific principles that individuals use during each moment to create their perspective—whether it's happiness or stress. Her anger- and stress-reduction classes, for instance, make it clear how to live with a calm, clear mind as coworkers take credit for your work or the Nobel Committee spells your name wrong. While a majority of Faith's seminars are held in her office in Haverhill, she also travels to her client’s location, as when she leads “workplace wellness classes.”
