Nurtured Beginnings, Southbridge

The staff of midwives, doulas, and educators at Nurtured Beginnings strives to empower expectant and new parents with knowledge about natural living. Classes in breastfeeding, prenatal yoga, and childbirth help build confidence for new moms regardless of their economic status or how they give birth. Babies and toddlers also get in on the fun with playgroups, yoga classes, and an early-childhood music program that help develop skills while also building a sense of community.
