The gym equipment was nice but I was never able to get my training sessions scheduled because I refused to be weighed and measured. They should tell you that you have to be weighed to fully redeem this Groupon. It could trigger ED and should be optional. Get ready for a hard sell for membership when you go in.

High pressure sales pitches combined with an over abundance of calls (I had to block their number) to inquire if I wanted to sign up for a membership soured my experience. I didn’t even bother with the one on one personal trainer portion of the Groupon because I was certain it would lead to an hour of hassling me to lock into a one or two year contract now. I wouldn’t recommend, too pushy.

If MUV ever actually up dated points I'd be shocked. I've referred two friends and still haven't gotten the 750 points for either one. I highly recommend avoiding Spokane's South Hill location, the manager there is the worst. He flat out lied to me, then refused to refund me the money he charged me because he lied to me.

Salesmanship is excessive, I don't want to buy your supplements! Check-in process for every visit is an ordeal, they make you write your name and number on a sign in sheet every time. Then they have to verify it, problem is, it seems that only one person in the building knows how to do that. Then there's the excessively loud PA system, constantly letting "personal trainers" know that their 3'oclock is in the lobby. Equipment is pretty nice, but the facilities are not kept as clean as they should be.

Super bro-y and they get very aggressive about making you sign up for a permanent membership before you even get a chance to check out the facility! Be prepared to spend 40 minutes getting hard-sold on signing up before you even get into the gym proper! The equipment and the classes are pretty nice, though!

The sales pitches are completely overwhelming and off-putting. You would feel more comfortable walking into a used car dealership or mattress store on a daily basis. If your business is really worth my money, it will speak for itself. The personal trainers were good and knowledgeable but - again - the sales pitches are CONSTANT and irritating. I don't know what percentage of their pay is commission but it has to be huge. The facilities are just okay. Two out of three classes I tried were good, the third was horrible. The cardio equipment is decent, but the weights are crowded and oddly placed. If I wasn't already completely turned off by the constant barrage of sales pressure tactics, I still wouldn't join this gym.
