Exercise slings and punching bags hang above the wood floors of Jersey Girl Fitness' 3,500 square-foot studio, where ranks of all-female staff and visitors use them to build up and tone muscle. Instructors help visitors sweat out stress in dance and fitness classes such as TRX, Barre, Zumba, Get Drilled, Pilates, Booty Bumpin Bootcamp, Kickboxing, Tramp Workout, Spinning, Shredded, Funky Step, Butt and Gutt, and more.
