AMP is a full-service yoga studio providing yoga for all ages. The name stands for Asana Mantra and Prana, three Sanskrit words that are heavily rooted in the tradition of yoga, inviting all who come in to experience the true benefits of a challenging yoga class, and the benefits of a distinct yoga studio. Owner, Ginny Colarusso, E-RYT 500, has taught for over ten years and brings a wealth of knowledge to her action-packed classes, ranging from Gentle to Yoga Boot camp. She works on the customer's strength, flexibility, and subtle energy body. All of the instructors are experienced, with multiple certifications. They offer mat pilates, Hot Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, beginner’s classes, kids' and teens' classes, and a power-packed Vinyasa flow. Amenities include a full set of yoga props, free water, tea, and chocolate. Acupressure and massage therapy services are offered on site along with reiki, past-life regression, private meditation, and private yoga classes. They also offer kids' birthday parties and corporate or group yoga events.
