What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We offer premier ice fishing outings for Whitefish and walleye. We are Pro Staff for some of the largest companies in the industry such as Humminbird, Minnkota, Lund Boats, Ed's Boat Sales, Rayjust Outdoors and so on. Silver Strike guarantees the best, most professional ice fishing excursion possible.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Growing up on Lake Michigan, all of our guides fished this area since we were very young. Working on charter boats at the age of 13 the love of fishing caught on and 20+ years later we have expanded our business into a year round fishery.

What do you love most about your job?

Of course fishing is one of the biggest pluses in this business but meeting all the great people, working on the water and enjoying the outdoors are all things we love about what we do!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

I would say the best reaction is when when we have clients who are first time fisherman/woman and they get absolutely addicted to fishing after just one fishing trip. Nothing is more thrilling to see someone catch their first fish and realize what they have been missing. We see these costumers year after year and love to hear their new fishing stories and help them create more.
