I purchased a Groupon and when I went to redeem it, they would only give me the face value despite trying to redeem it prior to its expiration date. I have used many Groupons and this is the first merchant that pulled this on me.

I did not get my money worth, I was suppoesed to get 50.00 of food however they did not honor the deal which is not expired. I want a refund from Groupon. I will not go back

Provide water?!?! Which restaurant doesn't provide water or ice. Felt very cheap and nickled and dimed.

The wait staff was very nice. The sauce tasted like it was from a jar (not homemade) and the dough not fresh.

Need more professional service. More sturdy plates are needed as well given how much cheese gets served on pizza. Also, fountain water will be great so that one doesn't have to buy water bottle, which costed us $2/bottle. They didin't even have glasses.

It was 95 degrees the night we dined. We chose to eat outside because it was cooler than in the restaurant. Also repeated order 4 times to guy at counter who had no problem telling us he had been out and had gotten no sleep. The guys making the pizza noticed what a mess he was and came outside to our table and corrected our pizza order.

I always order a glass of ice water with my meal. This place doesn't own an ice machine. Had to buy a bottle of cool water on a 100+ degrees day. What restaurant doesn't have ice water? May seem like a little thing, but it was a deal-breaker for me.
