Baltimore Cougars Legends is a youth and young adult fitness development program. We are located in Maryland, Florida, and Freeport, Bahamas. We feature youth and young adult clinics and workshop. Our program helps develop leaders and motivators. We focus on building athletic planning, emotional intelligence, and leadership through sports. Our non profit host these events to urban areas that are in need Out of School time resources extended to them through K to College! Having these resources available in these areas help them build sports management, great sportsmanship, knowledge of goal planning, responsibilities to our community we serve & serve us, and most importantly how to turn dreams into plans with those same plans turned into goals we can assist with!
