Beginners thrive in most classes, which range from relaxing, stretch-filled Hatha routines to Flow sessions brimming with deep breaths and sun salutations. The temperature rises in Power yoga classes, where students get the opportunity to condition their muscles, build a strong core, and learn balances and basic inversions that help to establish a solid foundation for safety in other yoga classes.
