La Mesa Vineyards & Winery, Plymouth

La Mesa Vineyards is located in the Sierra foothills in Plymouth, Amador County, California. From Plymouth we are a 9-minute drive east on Shenandoah Road. Discover our modern tasting room with gorgeous views of vineyards and rolling hillsides. Enjoy a flight of wine indoors at the beautiful new bar with floor-to-ceiling glass and then relax after outside on the terrace under our shade sails.

Our 20 handcrafted wines are all made onsite in our own winery, using grapes sourced from own estate vineyards plus local varietals. La Mesa wines are known for their uniqueness – Barbera Blanc, Gamay, Grenache, Primitivo to name a few. Carefully selected grape clones, terroir, technology and handcrafting combine to make our outstanding wines. It's a winemaking experience we love to share with our family, friends and you.

La Mesa Vineyards offers a wide selection of red, white and specialty wines made from rare Rhône and Italian grape varietals that are primarily estate-grown at our high-altitude vineyard.
