Though it serves patatas bravas, cheese boards, and carpaccio, Bululumiami is not a typical tapas bar. The restaurant by Dolphin Mall draws in the crowds with a lively atmosphere buzzing with people playing a giant Jenga game, singing karaoke, bobbing along to live and DJ-spun music, and salsa dancing. Guests also hang out on mismatched furniture surrounded by bold tattoo-style murals and a faux fireplace lit with glowing candles. Or, if they're seated at the bar, they watch old movies play across a giant projector screen while bartenders below muddle mint in mojitos.
