What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We believe in the individual and keep an open communication with our clients to meet their personal fitness goals. We strive to teach clients about proper form and movement to keep them safe and build up their confidence. So, they are always comfortable even when being challenged.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We explain proper form and function and allow our clients to experience the movement and we are very encouraging and supportive them when they accomplish something they didn't think they could do before.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Being a fitness trainer, I realized that working for a franchise wasn't about the individual but for the masses. There was no personal connection with clients and I felt it was a disservice. Starting my own business, I felt I could bring that to the clients I worked with.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing clients get excited about completing a movement or exercise. Building people up to reach their full potential.
