Making a great burger isn't rocket science, but it does involve a time-tested formula. Just ask the grillmasters at Burger Theory. They make each of their house hamburgers with a bakery-style bun, a patty consisting of Angus chuck, brisket, and short rib, and toppings ranging from garden-fresh produce to melty cheese.

But the restaurant isn't a strict burger traditionalist, either. On the "build your own" menu, diners can sub in turkey, chicken breast, or a veggie patty, and they can choose from creative toppings such as coleslaw and parmesan-panko onion rings.
