When I arrived on time for my appt. the door was locked due to the therapists being with other patients. I was about to leave. The door was opened a few minutes AFTER my appointment time. When this happens there should be a notice on the door. Otherwise, the appt. starts off on the wrong foot, and it gives a bad first impression. I didn't know the therapists were with other patients until the doors were opened and a woman told me.

Your massage room was very COLD. Therefore, I was uncomfortable throughout the whole massage. Also, the room was too close to the front office allowing the room to be invaded by noise during the session. I just never really felt relaxed.

Play spa music ( nature sounds etc...) Have a coverlet instead of a PAPER THIN SHEET ! and / or a table with a heating pad

Not very inviting interior. Not "Spa Like". Temperature in massage room was very cold. I had to ask for a blanket during the massage and therapist had to leave the room to go find one.

show up for appointment would help and if you have emergency then call the customer back the next day. Messages were.left and no call back to follow up for YOUR no show!!!

The massage was great. The only reason I probably will not go back is because it is quite a ways from my home.
