When Pilates Tempe was founded in 2008, it functioned solely as a place for the muscle-lengthening, core-strengthening practice. And with daily classes on the reformer, the tower, and the Pilates mat, it remains one of the city's primary locations for Pilates. But a fresh crop of new programs gives clients a whole slew of other workouts, from gentle yoga programs to intensive TRX classes.
