When Pat Thomas was a professional linebacker in the NFL, he tackled quarterbacks. Today, he's helping his clients tackle fitness. As the coach-on-hand at Pro Play Sport Performance, Pat uses his years of training with top fitness professionals to help customers take on their fitness goals. During Pro Play's Training Camp, he leads groups of fitness-ready individuals through a series of toning, training, and conditioning exercises. Those who are looking for a more personal experience can also book one-on-one sessions with Pat, who works with each individual to create a routine that fits their fitness goals. But even though all this professional-level training might sound intense, Pro Play Sport Performance's goal is to inspire and empower, so every class is wrapped up in a wholesome, family, encouraging environment. Training Camp program is like bringing PE, fitness, and sports together. We train for a different sport each month and we compete in the sport at least one day each week.
