Instructors are tough but friendly and are extremely knowledgeable. They work closely with you to teach the fundamentals boxing. The gym has everything you need to get the best workout of your life.

incredible place! my son absolutely loves it and we will be continuing there even after Groupon runs out : ) coaches are great....push thr kids to their potential but in a positive way.

One of the better boxing gyms on LI. Calvin knows his stuff and is very good about giving everyone attention. They are developing a community not just a gym.
