We are THE #1 training facility for youth athletes in Davidson County, Randolph County and the surrounding areas. Our high school program has resulted in over 30 high school records being broken by our athletes and over 25 NCAA athletic scholarships.
What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Just come in and be ready to learn and work!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
There is so much misinformation out there and I wanted to make sure that youth and high school age athletes were training the RIGHT way in order to maximize their abilities, reduce the chance of injuries and be better athletes for their sport.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing results, plain and simple. No matter what level youth through college, the athletes that work with us and get better and that's what is the most rewarding part...see the athlete succeed.
