Jasinski Sausage Company, Toledo

Tim Adamski’s great-grandparents owned a market on the corner of Pulaski and Nebraska in the Kuschwantz neighborhood, one of Toledo's original Polish communities. For more than 40 years, the market produced and sold Polish goods, specializing in real-pork polish kielbasa. Though the market no longer exists, the family recipe survives with Tim, who has opened his own Jasinski Sausage Company. His sausage empire carries a vast selection of wood-smoked kielbasa and flavored bratwurst, all made with no additives or MSG.
