Certified yoga teacher Cat McMahon harnesses her 17 years of yoga experience to lead students of all fitness levels through challenging routines of Iyengar yoga. Various classes tone the muscles and improve the motion range of bending bodies with an emphasis on breathing techniques and dynamic seated and standing postures. Restorative yoga employs a variety of props to help students recover from the stress of busy work schedules and weekend dragon slaying, and slower-paced Yoga for the Young at Heart sessions offer older students a less intensive option for greater comfort. Sessions last roughly 90 minutes and are offered throughout the week. The two-hour private session gifts students one-on-one time with an instructor, or two-on-one time should they decide to bring a friend or mannequin for a joint session.
