The age-old art of growing your own delicious, garden fresh food is making a comeback with classes such as Mighty Micro Greens and Sprouts. Fun with Fermented Foods teaches students how to preserve the food they've grown, as does Canning Basics.
The Fresh City workshop team is made up of dedicated teachers, foodies, and sustainable farmers. They are passionate about growing and eating local, sustainably-produced food and helping their community improve access to healthy, top-quality food year-round.
