At Pilates and Custom Fitness, the team of instructors leads classes that are designed to engage multiple muscle groups while reducing the impact. Pilates classes require control and precision during exercises to strengthen and tone core muscles. Our small group training classes use a variety of strength, functional training, and cardio moves to tone and strengthen the whole body and burn fat.
