Great space and great instructors. I went as a beginner and they really made me feel at home. I would recommend BYM to anyone at any skill level.

This is my first Bikram experience and so far so good. You will definitely sweat, so a large towel for your mat and a small towel to wipe your sweat are recommended. I've only been to two classes, but the pose series has been the same thus far. Not sure if that's the norm. Contrary to what I've heard about Bikram, these classes are not wrist intensive, so no worries if you suffer from carpal tunnel! Room smells a little funky (to be expected in light of a warm room and lots of sweating), but you get used to it. Overall the space is bright and clean w/toiletries available in the bathroom. One con is that some of the poses/exercises aren't really explained for newbies...I still have no idea if the double exhale should involve your mouth and if you breath in or out during the rapid breath exercise at the end! In general, I would recommend.
