Terrible. Unprofessional, rude, and obnoxious. Owner hung up on me, never apologized, and said it was my fault for not knocking on her door loud enough for her to hear me. This is after I had already tried to book the appointment the first time, and she called and canceled. She told me that I owed her an apology for being rude on the phone. I was rude on the phone because right off the bat she tried to justify that she was right and I was wrong.
