Show Me the Fitness Boot Camp's certified personal trainer, Eduardo Dias, distills more than 15 years of fitness experience and an infectious enthusiasm for exercise into one-hour boot-camp classes. Participants gather in the verdant confines of South Weddington Park for morning or evening sessions in which Eduardo motivates students through the dynamic routines with positivism and camaraderie, rather than intimidating groups into participation the way many boot-camp instructors do—by throwing daggers. He guides the campers through fat-liquidating moves with jump ropes and weighted balls, as well as resistance and core training, which aim to tighten muscles and chisel physiques.
