Wish I had the motivation to keep getting up at 5:00a.m. as it is a great class. And, I have the kids the rest of the day. Hope to get a couple more in.

The workouts are awesome, challenging and fun. Eduardo is a great instructor. Its only been 4 workouts and I already feel a huge change in my body, attitude, and eating habits.

Show Me the Fitness Boot Camp's certified personal trainer, Eduardo Dias, distills more than 15 years of fitness experience and an infectious enthusiasm for exercise into one-hour boot-camp classes. Participants gather in the verdant confines of South Weddington Park for morning or evening sessions in which Eduardo motivates students through the dynamic routines with positivism and camaraderie, rather than intimidating groups into participation the way many boot-camp instructors do—by throwing daggers.
