What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Here at HIT THE BARRE we believe we will help to reshape ones body by firing core groups of muscles by utilizing ballet fundamentals, strength training, Pilates and deep stretching.
What do you love most about your job?
The results being a trimmer waist, toned dancer legs and most especially a more lifted seat.
