Since Qoola charges by weight, it's difficult to gauge when you've hit $10 worth or how much you may have gone over.

Don't get too excited with a 10 groupon voucher, it can easily fill up

Bring your own container and let staff weigh it-if the store allows this. It would be much easier and less expensive to take home and put in the freezer. In addition, when a customer brings one groupon, not realizing they need to bring all 3, the store should honour it. I had paid $10.00 for 3 groupons and only the one was honoured. I'm on disability, travel by handidart and wasn't able to return. It may be the rules, but sometimes, depending on the circumstance, this needs to change. I love the yoghurt, but most likely will not return for this reason. It says right on the groupon what I spent and for how much yoghurt. Really bad public relations. So yes, I'd recommend the yoghurt, but.....I didn't know you needed to bring all 3, as I'm new to Groupons. This has, for lack of better words, left a very bad taste in my mouth

If you choose nuts as a topping, be careful when chewing. Thank goodness I didn't crunch hard since I found 3 small pieces of walnut shells in my selection! I could've broken a tooth!

Get the smoothies. They taste great! But they are a bit expensive. $6 each.

The mini mochi topping was not good - wrong texture and very sweet - obviously a candy version and not authentic :-(. The other toppings are better.

The Qoola location in Richmond Centre features sandwiches, salads, etc., which the other locations don't have. Try the yogurt samples before concocting your dessert 'masterpiece'. Enjoy!

From Our Editors

One million probiotic cultures per gram sounds like a lot. That's the amount of the healthful stuff you'll ingest when eating frozen yogurt made from powdered mix. But when eating fro-yo made from fresh yogurt, as it's made at Qoola Frozen Yogurt Bar, you'll be consuming as many as 700 million probiotic cultures per gram. It's an astonishing increase, one that's complemented by other conscientious methods: Most of Qoola's products are fat-free, gluten-free, and certified kosher.

Qoola's low-calorie concoctions helps patrons feel better about indulging a bit at the toppings bar, where they can opt for lighter scoops of fresh fruit and flax seeds, or go all-out with crumbled candy bars and chocolate sauce. As committed to the health of the planet as it is to the health of its customers, Qoola uses biodegradable, compostable, and recyclable containers and utensils, and keeps its facility bright and sparkling with energy-efficient lighting and natural cleaning supplies. Qoola also proudly gives back to the community by supporting a number of charitable organizations.
