SmartPath's indoor boot camp is designed to motivate fitness seekers to reach personal goals through vigorous and varied exercises backed by positive reinforcement and encouragement from staff. Boot campers seeking weight loss and overall health engage in a variety of workouts that annihilate calories, eradicate fat, and strengthen cores without necessitating a titanium corset. During the four weeks of camp, participants kick out any lethargy while fortifying their cardio with kickboxing and hack away at the humdrum with resistance training. With a slew of exercises all involved in a single routine, the classes offer total body toning in a fun, group setting.
