How is your approach different than that of other professionals in your field?
We inspire our students to use their imagination to create art that serves a purpose beyond the canvas. After many years of teaching, we believe that creativity exists in everyone. Our methods help remove the fear of failure that can block creative expression. We encourage and motivate the inner artistic talents of many students. In addition, we help remove obstacles to creativity so that students can experience their own potential. Once this happens, students can unleash and tap into their inner creativity. Most students succeed in creating artwork beyond their imagination from the beginning of their very first class. This success allows their confidence to soar.

Do you or your staff have any special certifications or degrees?
We are NJ State Certified Teachers and also Food Safe Certified.

What aspect of your job, or the services you offer, most often surprises people?
We are two businesses in one. Art Academy of NJ LLC is our academic side of teaching art. While, Artastic LLC is our fun party and events side of teaching art.

Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
Types of events we offer: open ceramics and canvas studio (all ages), ceramics and canvas tween nights (aged 9–14), canvas teen nights (aged 14–20), kids art and fun (aged 5–8), canvase paint and sip (21+), ladies' night open studio paint and sip (21+), and private parties and fundraisers
