Bought this for half price through Groupon and it isn’t even worth that! Don’t know how or why they have a good rating. Was promised this was printed straight on the board and would never peel or fade. When we received it in the mail over 6+ weeks after ordering, it was already peeling along every edge and now ripples always even with being in an insulated garage. Also completely wrong color bags.

I sent photos to be scanned and put on a flash drive and the photos turned out fine. My only complaint is that they charge you about $36 additional for shipping above the price paid for the scanning.

Super easy to send the videos with the label provided, after receiving the box. Came back digitized and on a USB ready to view on the PC or smart TV.

They try to make you think you got a bargain on Groupon, then they charge you $39.90 to ship video that should mail for about $3.00 media mail. Not a good deal!

The cds were terrible quality and I’ve been told twice they would allow me to send them back postage free but the promised box has never arrived!

I had 8mm reel movies and a VCR tape digitized. All were poor quality file transfers. They ran the VCR tape with it skipping visually and did not try to correct it. I can play the tape at home with no problems. Never again.
