What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
The Dominion Derby Girls is an all-female flat track roller derby league formed with the purpose of promoting the sport of roller derby and giving back to the community. We are a not for profit organization that donates volunteer time and proceeds to charitable causes.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We have a rigorous training and practice schedule in place. We make fitness fun as we incorporate endurance, agility and roller derby into our customized workouts.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Roller derby is quickly growing in popularity throughout the entire world. Our league was within the first 30 leagues worldwide which now encompasses more than 200. We wanted to be on the forefront and part of something amazing.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing a skater taken from barely being able to stand up on roller skates to a skilled roller derby player.
