Slice House founder Chef Tony Gemignani holds 11 world titles in pizza-making, including one in Naples, Italy, and is a published author of three books including The Pizza Bible. He is also the owner of several other pizza establishments like Tony's Pizza Napoletana, Tony's of North Beach, and Tony Gemignani's International School of Pizza. His restaurants have been featured on food and reality TV shows like The Chew, Rachel Ray, Bar Rescue, Food Paradise, Live! with Kelly and Michael, and Food Network's World Pizza Challenge, to name only a few.

At each Slice House location, Chef Tony and his talented team of cooks assemble artisan pizzas with dough made from fragrant ancient grain. They pile on a slew of fresh and delicious toppings, including roasted garlic, imported gorgonzola, and prosciutto di parma, before baking the pies to a delightful crisp. For the Pigman specialty pizza, they layer pancetta and bacon on top of fresh mozzarella, incorporating flavorful sauces like a hand-crafted St. Germain BBQ and local honey.
