Come learn to dance and work up a sweat with Former Knicks City Dancer and NFL Cheerleader. These dance fitness teachers have been backup dancers for Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez and Nicki Minaj. No better way to learn to dance, work out, and have fun!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Classes are fun and filled with high energy. Motivation and Positive atmosphere is the key!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Business owners Dee Delgado and Jessica Taylor have been dancing since they could walk. Fitness is also a part of their lives. After fullfilling there dance dreams of dancing behind big artist and touring, their next big dream was to open up a dance studio.

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help people feel good about themselves after taking a fitness class or dance cardio class is more than someone can ask for.
