The 1930s are arguably considered the Golden Age of Hollywood, and Chaplin's transports customers back to that special era. The decor includes a mural of the silent film actor himself, as well as weathered silent film posters and black and white film projections on the walls of the two-floor ramen house and cocktail bar.

But it's not just the interior design that's reminiscent of Old Hollywood: this classic film vibe is also emulated in the menu. While Chef Myo Htun, who has more than 30 years of experience, prepares authentic ramen bowls and other Japanese dishes like edamame and fried tofu, the brother-duo co-owner team of Ari and Micah Wilder create a wide range of beverages inspired by classic cinema. The Kid, for instance, is a concoction of Dobel Diamante tequila, Stiegl, and Aperol liqueur, with lemon bitters and black salt.
