With over three decades of experience in preparing, cooking, and serving food, head chef Josie knows all the tricks. A mother of five with three stepchildren and a grandmother to eleven kids, she serves home-made food made with love. After a lifetime of hard work which led to opening her own shop, Josie is ready to use her knowledge and experience to feed hungry mouths with authentic Carribean cooking.
