What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We have 2 expert coaches on the floor at all times. We educate in nutrition, fitness and strategy to get and keep your results. We meet with you every 90 days to see how we need to help you. Our class size is limited to 20 and total Athletes to 300. We provide an environment free of intimidation!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
The right tools, the right support and the right Community. With our app and custom software package we can track every workout and keep notes on all you do so we can progress you. We always cheer and celebrate your accomplishments. Lastly, you are surrounded by a family of people that encourage you

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I want to change our local community. First in health - there is so much research showing that good health and nutrition leads to you living life - not existing. I wanted to create a team of coaches that wanted to poor into people. I wanted to bless local families through personal Charity.

What do you love most about your job?
The endless amount one can learn. With the human body, the possible combinations are endless and I love learning how to deal with both the physical and mental to help people become their very best version of themselves.
