Since 1969 Chip's Hamburgers' cooks have served that most classic of American meals: charbroiled burgers with a side of crispy fries. They dress their pure-beef patties with bacon and cheese or feature their ground beef in other dishes, such as the Tuesday special of two tacos. They round out their meals with an equally nostalgic dessert selection of hard- or soft-serve ice cream available year round, even when the rebirth of spring causes some ice cream scoops to hatch into spoonfuls.
