At Lansing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, we bring the focus of street self defense to light. Most schools are focused on the sport where their training is geared towards tournaments & points. Our goal is to inform and teach you how to survive as a small person against a giant without punching or kicking.

What equipment is provided? Is there anything visitors need to bring?
Lansing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu provides Gi's that are available for sale. For new students who do not own a Gi, you are allowed to wear normal street clothes until you are able to purchase a Gi. Workout clothes are recommended.
