In the glow of the studio's chandeliers, women-only fitness classes are divided into two types: Sugar and Spice. Lessons listed in the Sugar category include Zumba, yoga, Pilates, and self-defense. Piquant curricula labeled Spicy get students shimmying through burlesque, belly-dance, pole, and Booty Beat routines, as well as water aerobics performed in a pool of Tabasco. Ladies of all fitness levels are invited, gathering in groups of 15–20.
Up to 25 celebrants enjoy private parties, which involve custom pairings such as pole dancing and french manicures. Private lessons impart skills to between one and four pupils, and special events showcase diverse skill sets, such as Bollywood-style dancing.
