What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are passionate about reaching our clients' individual needs. Most of those we work with end up becoming good friends of ours, and we keep in touch long after their programs are over.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our clients are added to our exclusive Facebook group where we all work together on staying motivated and active! We also have check-ins with our clients to make sure that they are on track and happy with their programs.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our business started with our passion for fitness and our realization that our knowledge was not widely known. We love to share our knowledge to help others reach their goals!

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people succeed. The joy on our clients' faces whenever they realize they are on their way to achieving a goal they never thought possible is irreplaceable.
