What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
A trained hand works to improve the range of motion of each muscle bundle and improve flexibility to joints in a way most are unable to achieve alone. Posture, strained muscles, injury rehabilitation and improved flexibility may be addressed.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Tools such as cleansing kits, stretch bands, progress charts and journals keep clients on the track to success.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
In an effort to show each person what they can do naturally to alleviate an achy back, tight muscles and poor range of motion, among other conditions, Valley Stretching was created.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about working at Valley Stretching is watching people walk out of the room with a sense of awe and wonder on their face, as if they were walking on air for the first time.
