After having my car detailed I noticed that the top looked terrible. I would guess that it was not waxed possibly. I called the wife of the owner and she would not tell me where they are located..........they move around. I requested that they look at the top. She said what do you want me to do and kept repeating that. I kept telling her that I just wanted George her husband to look at it. She starting yelling at me on the phone and I repeated that I was not requesting that they do anything but look at it. They seem to be upset that they did this work at the groupon price. Initally they canceled twice on me before I actually got the car detailed. I made an appointment and had to wait one and half hours. The conversation ended with her hanging up on me. As a customer I have never been treated in this manner. I hope you will consider carefully before allow this company to represent Groupon. I would appreciate a phone call from a representative.
