What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
My classes are in a private studio, not in a gym. I offer personalized instruction and beginners are welcomed.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I offer modifications for every pose we go through and encourage clients to honor their bodies

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Yoga has healed so many aspects of my life and I want to share these experiences with my clients.

What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people and watching first time yogis master a pose.
