What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Our special Organic wax is hypoallergenic and because of its elasticity, the wax extracts the hair without lifting the skin or breaking the hair, making it less painful than any other wax. These qualities effectively eliminate the burning, irritation, and discomfort associated with sticky, traditional honey wax. By entering the follicle and bonding to the hair shaft as it cools, our wax grabs shorter hairs, ending the need to "grow out" an area before repeat waxing. As a result, our elastic wax allows for a smooth touch up much sooner than other waxes.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

For more than a decade, Jema has practiced her passion for skin care in Illinois and Florida. While remaining dedicated to her patients' skin care needs, she searched the entire world for the finest ingredients and found a way to create a less painful waxing experience with organic wax and all natural products. Today she enjoys sharing her skin care knowledge with other passionate professionals looking to expand their talents. When Jema is not in the treatment room, she loves being a mother and spending time outdoors with her family.

The entire iWAXu staff loves the immediate smooth results that they're able to provide to their guests along with an extensive line of organic & all natural skin care designed especially for pre and post waxing treatments.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

We have the gift to reveal everyone's inner beauty and reveal confidence by providing perfectly smooth skin. One of the best reactions we ever had from a client was pure happiness when we provided perfectly sculpted eyebrows without any irritation just an hour before her performance.
