I have no idea what is wrong with this company. I was told once I submitted my information I would hear from them within 5 days for a time slot. I submitted on April 18th, 2017 and it is now June 5, 2017 and I haven't heard from ANYONE. I have called 9 times and left messages that have not been returned, I have emailed them 11 times and have not heard back from them that way either. I have also done their "contact us" email on their website with no response. Not only did I purchase the Groupon for 5 laps, I also purchased "add ons" like an extra 2 laps, they made you purchase their auto insurance for the day, plus I purchased 2 laps with a professional driver. This is supposed to be my husband's Father's Day gift, and I have spent so much money on it. I have been stressed out for the past almost 2 months because I feel like the money I have spent is just going down the drain and I will have nothing to show for it. This is absolutely horrifying. If anyone else has purchased I hope you have had better luck than I have. Currently the only thing I have to show for this "experience" is a credit card bill that I will have to pay with no experience to go with it. I went from the best wife ever to a complete loser and now I can't even purchase a gift for my wonderful deserving husband because I can't afford it anymore. Best of luck to anyone who decides to purchase from this company. I pray you have a better experience.
