Longshot Coffee, West Hollywood

Longshot Coffee was founded by an Australian coffee enthusiast Mark Baird. He was a co-owner of a successful coffee shop in Sydney before relocating to the City of Angels, but he wanted to introduce the Australian espresso culture to the USA. When he finally moved to LA, he started with creating his signature coffee blend called Australian Roast which he initially served from a mobile espresso bar. Soon, the Longshot Mobile Espresso Bar became an important part of the Los Angeles coffee scene and was named the best Farmers Market coffee stand by LA Weekly in 2011.

Longshot Coffee has grown into a small coffee empire and now features a coffee truck and mobile espresso bars providing artisanal coffee for celebrities such as Jimmy Kimmel. Mark also runs a brick-and-mortar coffee shop in West Hollywood where clients can try the original Australian-style coffee and get some grub, including avocado toast and BLT sandwich.
