What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Dr. Kohen's pedagogical background makes him an elite tutor. He not only knows the SAT and ACT inside and out - having scored in the 99th percentile on both tests - but he knows how to diagnose a student's weaknesses, simplify difficult material and motivate students.

Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring?
Students will take an official, timed practice SAT or ACT and bring it with them to the session. Tests are available in The Official SAT Study Guide Second Edition and The Real ACT Third Edition.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Dr. Kohen fell in love with teaching as an instructor at Harvard University, where he earned his Ph.D. He realized that he was able to have the most substantive impact on students’ academic performance by working closely with them one-on-one and building a more meaningful rapport.

What do you love most about your job?
Building meaningful relationships with students and helping them excel.
