About Manhattan Dog Spa
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer doggy daycare, grooming, luxury-private dog walking, and overnight boarding. We are an intimate small setting, rather than the large dog aquariums that are in nearby neighborhoods. We don't warehouse dogs, but rather, we care for dogs.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
While attempting to seek a quality environment for our own pets, we could not find one- so we decided to develop our own establishment... a place where we would treat other people's pets how we wanted our own to be treated.
What do you love most about your job?
We love that we provide a great day and overall experience for our customers- both the pets, and the pet parents!
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
One client cried when she picked her dog up from happiness- she said that she was happy to see that her dog had been treated as if it were a human child- and she was most ecstatic to witness how much fun the dog was having during its stay.
