What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After working for a large operation, decided that treating clients as individuals worked better for me. I like talking on the phone or whenever possible spend as much time at a merchant's location. Not just a sales group...we actually consult on items we make no money on!

I was called back after I had lost a merchant group and told, we were lied to by the other party, will you take us back.
