What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Dr. Darian M. Parker founded Parker Academics in 2015 as a caring, intellectually rigorous alternative to the impersonal culture of test prep and tutoring in New York City.
What do you love most about your job?
It is rewarding to train students to be thoughtful, strategic, fearless problems solvers. For, we know that if students can master these skills now, then they will have a set of intellectual and emotional resources to solve any type of problem--academic or otherwise.
